  1. How do I create an account?

    You should have a valid subscription with the web portal BioWeb to access the BioCloud mobile app.
  2. I forgot my password. What should I do?

    Please email us at support@biocloud.me for a password reset.
  3. How do I connect the bioCloud mobile app with my Web Portal

    From the Web portal, you can select an employee, enable Mobile access, and set a self-password for this user. Then, you can log in using the employee ID and self-password on the mobile app.
  4. How many employee can use the BioCloud mobile app

    Your license agreement specifies how many employees can use the BioCloud mobile app.
  5. Can I test the mobile app without having subscription with BioWeb portal

    You can use BioCloud with the demo portal at http://demo.biocloud.me:8085/ (username: Admin, password: 1).
  6. How do I contact support?

Troubleshooting

  1. Mobile App not connecting with Web Portal BioWeb

    Check the server URL in the mobile app and ensure that the employee's self-password and Mobile App feature are enabled in BioWeb for this employee.
  2. Mobile App accept punch in any location

    Log in to the BioWeb portal, go to (System -> Rule), and select the option "APP Allow Punch Anywhere: No."
  3. Mobile App does not capture photo after punching

    Log in to the BioWeb portal, go to (System -> Rule), and select the option "APP Capture Image: Required."
